Simply follow the sign-up process and on the right side of the screen there is an area in which to enter a promo code, enter the one in op and the $49.- fee will be waived.
This sign up is for those more serious about their online business and are in a position to accept payments from people eg. customers. If you are new or don't have a website from which you are selling something and in need of a payment processor then I really don't see what if any benefit would be gained by signing up.
If it makes no sense to you then you probably don't need it, on the other hand, if you need it then it should need no explanation.
Keep in mind, a website is needed and you will be asked to complete 4-5 pages of information about yourself and your business and will be very similar to signing up for credit from a bank for your company so, if your not comfortable providing that information (or don't need to) then I suggest taking a pass on this. Again, if you need something like this then you'll need no explanation, if you're wondering if you need it or what it is, you probably don't need it.
No offense to OP but seeing some mentions of Nigeria on his site was a red flag for me and so I looked into detail with this offer and neither did I see any signs of an affiliate link per se' nor any kind of shenanigans. It all looks 2b on the up & up and again, is simply a promo code to receive a discount (in this case free) on a normal and very popular service.
If the OP receives credit or payment somehow by means of the promo code then so be it, that I don't know, but if he does then there are many otherz who would be guilty of the same thing as promo codes are used every hour of everyday on the net, and personally, if someones gets something (kickback etc) out of providing such a discount code to potential buyers then great, more power to them.... I just appreciate the offer.
