BackType Tweetcount
The BackType Tweetcount plugin shows the number of tweets your posts get and allows users to retweet.
I’m not currently using this because Sharebar does something similar.

Plugin to show a link to the last post from the commenters blog by parsing the feed at their given URL when they leave a comment. Rewards your readers and encourage more comments.
Comment Relish
Increases your readership and RSS subscription rate by simply sending a short ‘Thank You’ message to users when they first comment on your site.
Example message:
Hi Denis,This is Alex and I wanted to thank you for leaving a comment on my blog
http://sitename/more-traffic-2010/I measure the success of my blog by the quality of the conversation and debate in the comments, so thanks for contributing to the discussion. My goal is to help everyone get more traffic. So if you ever have a question, feel free to email me b04@b04-team.net
The message you send is fully customizable.

SexyBookmarks
SexyBookmarks adds a (X)HTML compliant list of social bookmarking icons to each of your posts.
I’m not currently using this because Sharebar does something similar.

wp-num-captcha
Before submitting a comment the person has to do a simple math problem i.e. 1+6=?. This ensures that your comments are coming from actual people and not bots.
Not currently using this.
WP Greet Box
Show a different message to your visitor depending on which site they are coming from. For example, you can ask Digg visitors to Digg your post, Google visitors to subscribe to your RSS feed, and more! Best of all, this plugin is compatible with various WordPress cache plugins.
WP Super Cache
Very fast caching plugin. It can make your site load way faster especially if you have a lot of traffic.
