  1. First you must to download and burn this boot CD: Offline NT Password & Registry Editor (www.pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/).
  2. Now you must to boot from the disc that you have created.
  3. After the CD has booted, press “Enter”.
  4. Now it is a very important step, because you must to type the the number that representing the partition containing the locked Administrator account. If it is only a single entry you can press “enter” button to proceed.
  5. In this step you must press “Enter” button for three times.
  6. Now you must type with quotes “Administrator” and then press the “Enter” button.
  7. Press “1″ and then press “Enter” button.
  8. You must type an exclamation point, press “Enter” button.
  9. Press “Q” and then press “Enter” button.
  10. Press “Y” and then press “Enter” button.
  11. And finally you must to restart your computer an log in to your Administrator account. Now is no password for the account and you will be able to change the password from Control Panel.
